Athlete Privacy & Safety

PrepsNext covers high school sports and athlete achievements. Because many athletes are minors, we take privacy and safety concerns seriously.

Parents, guardians, athletes, coaches, or school representatives may contact us at any time about profile updates, removals, corrections, or privacy concerns.

Profile Updates and Removals

If an athlete’s profile contains incorrect information, outdated details, or content that the athlete or their family would like removed:

Send the profile URL and a description of the requested change
Include a way for us to verify your relationship to the athlete (parent, guardian, athlete, or school representative)
We will respond as quickly as possible

Parent and Guardian Requests

Parents and guardians of minor athletes have the right to:

Request corrections to their child’s profile
Request removal of their child’s profile or specific content
Report privacy concerns
Request removal of contact information, images, or personal details

Reporting a Safety Concern

If you believe content on PrepsNext poses a safety risk to an athlete — including inappropriate contact, doxxing, harassment, or threats — contact us immediately.
